onformative is seeking a Creative Director to support the next evolution of our studio.

We're looking for a creative leader with a deep understanding of where art, design, and technology converge — someone who can set bold direction for projects spanning public installations, real-time experiences, data-driven narratives, and design systems. You bring both vision and craft: the ability to articulate ambitious ideas and the technical fluency to see them through.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll shape concepts from briefing to final delivery, working closely with designers, developers, artists, and technologists. You understand generative processes, real-time environments, and AI-driven workflows. You think in systems, communicate through storytelling, and lead by making.

As a core member of our leadership team, you'll work closely with the Founder and Creative Lead as well as our Program Lead to define onformative's creative identity. You'll guide client relationships, drive pitches and strategic partnerships, and help grow a studio culture rooted in curiosity, experimentation, and intentional design. You'll also play an active role in shaping how we work — refining processes, mentoring talent, and ensuring our output continues to challenge convention.

What You'll Do

• Direct interactive and experiential projects across installations, data visualization, spatial experiences, immersive environments, and design systems
• Define and evolve a cohesive creative vision that bridges design, technology, and narrative across all studio output
• Stay deeply involved in concepting, prototyping, and art direction — leading by example with strong technical awareness
• Explore and integrate emerging platforms, tools, and creative technologies into our practice — from real-time engines to generative AI
• Build and lead project teams — leveraging your own network of creatives and technical talent to assemble the right people for each brief
• Inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams, creating an environment where designers, developers, and artists do their best work together
• Collaborate directly with developers to ensure creative ambition is matched by technical feasibility and craft
• Lead client-facing engagements — from pitches and brief development to building long-term, trusted partnerships
• Balance creative vision with the realities of production — timelines, budgets, and resource planning
• Contribute to studio strategy and growth, shaping onformative's trajectory as both a creative practice and a business
